Brickbats

We get our share of brick bats, and this is the first such one in three years. While the first part of the complaint is justified, and is a technical failure of our mail engine, and we have tried to make amends by offering a free one month subscription to any of our offerings, the second is the one, which forced us to highlight the comment here.

The customer alleges that we are putting false information regarding contract notes  on the website. I would like to highlight that he is ill informed on the format of a contract note which shows the office address of the brokerage firm in the header and the customers detail as a recipient of the contract note.

For convenience the contract note is highlighted here so that there is no possible confusion in any ones mind. Zerodha is a reputed brokerage with a good online presence.

It comes as a surprise and also a painful shocker, when someone makes such comments. But then, I guess, we have to be ready for such reactions, when we are being open and transparent.

Let me reiterate that this contract note is genuine as it is mine! No fudging here... Also I have found Abnash to be extremely professional and transparent about the calls and their performance.

This person is ill-informed.

Zerodha is a Bangalore based firm. Any one from India can open a account with them. Just because the person is from different city doesn't mean it is fake.
Please get your facts verified. Even I have a account with Zerodha.
